1. Nature of the Service
Maricopa County Residents Directory is an independent reference to Arizona public rolls, official indexes, and historical directory collections. We host no county or state record and are not affiliated with the Assessor, Recorder, courts, libraries, or any other custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Every use must be lawful. You must not use the service or information reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither our content nor results from a linked tool are consumer reports, and they cannot be used for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
4. Outside Resources
County portals, Arizona agency sites, libraries, and sponsored third-party tools set their own rules. Their content, uptime, charges, and privacy practices are outside our control.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not promise that content is complete, accurate, or current, or that an external portal will remain available or return a correct match.
6. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses tied to this service, linked resources, or reliance on a record found through them.
7. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold the site's operators harmless from claims, demands, and reasonable attorneys' fees caused by your misuse or breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Copyright protects the original writing, layout, design, and logo. You may link to a page or quote a short attributed passage, but may not republish full pages or systematically copy the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may publish revised terms on this page. Use after that publication constitutes acceptance of the revision.
10. Cutting Off Access
We may restrict or block access, without advance notice, when a user abuses the service or breaks these terms.
11. Governing Law
Arizona law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access described in the reference is governed in part by Arizona Public Records Law, A.R.S. §§ 39-121 through 39-121.03, but access to an official record remains subject to the custodian's rules and other applicable law.
12. Severability
If one provision cannot be enforced, every remaining provision continues in effect.
13. Questions
